About Kuranko
What is Kuranko?
Kuranko is an intelligent collaborator for difficult decisions. It helps you organise your options, gather the context that matters, compare trade-offs, and move to a clear recommendation and execution plan.
Is Kuranko just another chatbot?
No. A chatbot answers whatever you type. Kuranko follows a structured decision process: it builds an understanding of your decision, asks only the questions that are still missing, compares your options against your priorities, and explains its reasoning.
Does Kuranko make the decision for me?
No. Kuranko recommends an option and explains why, but the final decision is always yours. You can question the recommendation, change your priorities, and see how the result responds.
What kinds of decisions is it good for?
Decisions with two or more real options and competing priorities, such as business strategy, career moves, hiring, project priorities, major purchases, and complex personal choices. See our use cases for examples.
Using Kuranko
Do I have to fill in a long questionnaire?
No. Describe your decision in your own words. Kuranko picks up the details you’ve already mentioned, such as budget, timeline, or team size, and only asks about what is still missing.
What if I don’t have all the information yet?
That’s normal. Kuranko works with what you have, points out which gaps matter most, and reflects any uncertainty in its confidence level.
Can I disagree with the recommendation?
Yes, and you’re encouraged to. Ask why an option is better, what you might be overlooking, what happens if your budget or priorities change, or for the strongest argument against the recommendation.
What do I get at the end?
A recommended option with its reasoning, a comparison of every option, the key risks and assumptions, a confidence level, and a practical execution plan with next actions, milestones, and success measures.
Can I come back to a decision later?
Yes. Good decisions are worth reviewing. You can return to a decision to compare what happened with what you expected, and adjust your plan.
Trust and limits
How does Kuranko reach a recommendation?
It compares each option against the criteria and priorities you’ve confirmed, together with the evidence and constraints you’ve shared. The recommendation shows its reasoning, the strongest evidence, why other options scored lower, and what could change the result.
How much should I rely on the confidence level?
Treat it as a guide to how settled the comparison is, not a guarantee. Lower confidence usually means the options are close, important information is missing, or the result depends heavily on one assumption.
Can I use Kuranko for medical, legal, or financial decisions?
You can use it to organise your thinking, but it isn’t a substitute for professional advice. For medical, legal, or significant financial decisions, speak to a qualified professional before acting.
How is my information handled?
Our Privacy Policy and Data Usage Policy explain how information is collected, used, and protected.
